Grew a small microcomputer consultancy into a full-scale systems and network integrator, software developer and Application Service Provider (ASP) of a sophisticated electronic invoicing system between large corporations and their external service providers. Responsible for the implementation of large contracts (>AU$250k) such as IBM World Trade and the Republican National Convention, as well as for business development, financial management and corporate strategy.

Relocated to Australia in 2000

CEO of PQ Lifestyles (t/a Intouch) a company providing customer management services to government, not-for-profits and industry utilising a 100+ seat full-service call centre, comprehensive mailing services and a nationwide direct-to-consumer healthcare distribution network. Very technology-intensive business requiring major cultural change and improvements to critical infrastructure and financial management.

Notable Board of Director Positions

Mar 2003 to Feb 2005 – Treasurer, Women in Technology (WIT) a NFP Incorporated Association promoting and supporting women who are pursuing careers in technology. Restructured the accounting systems and developed new budgeting tools.

Jul 2003 to Jun 2005 – Board and Audit Committee, Energex Retail Pty Ltd, a government-owned corporation providing an essential service to the community and operating in a partially de-regulated environment of a rapidly changing industry.

Consulting & Software Development

Projects in a variety of industries with an emphasis on business process analysis & design, including early work on the GEM Lease Analysis™ materials. In charge of GEM Lease Analysis™ development since late 2017.
